Sivam was founded in 1995 by Paolo Orsini, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.
Orsini began his career as a field operator before advancing to work as an account manager for 15-20 years at international companies like Baker Hughes and Dowell. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and expertise, he established Sivam S.p.A., a company specializing in providing high-quality services tailored to the needs of the oil and gas sector.

Production in our factory
Every stage of design and production is carried out at our state-of-the-art facility in Spoltore, Italy. Here, a dedicated team of over 60 professionals, including engineers, technicians, welders, and skilled workers, collaborates to deliver the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Onfieldes operation
Sivam also employs highly specialized labor directly at oilfields, ensuring expert support and efficient operations on-site. With a commitment to efficiency and reliability, Sivam ensures seamless support for its clients across all operational areas.
The company currently employs approximately 55-60 people and manages strategically located offices in Basilicata and Sicily.
These hubs play a vital role in supporting oilfield activities by serving as logistics centers for equipment storage and as operational bases for local personnel.
